Gratitude also helps you to become more resilient to stress and even helps you to sleep better. The daily practice of gratitude helps you to anchor more blessings into your life which can lead you to feeling in a state grace.

2~ Honoring and aligning with the power of the Sun

Life on earth is impossible without the vitality of the Sun’s warmth. The Sun represents the self, ego, and our soul. It signifies the power to meet our everyday challenges that life brings forth and reminds us to be strong in courage and confidence.

3~ Align with the power of the Moon

Even if you cannot see it, the earths moon changes zodiac signs every two days. The moons energy is also the power of our intuition, instincts, and governs our emotions. This will keep you tuned into the cosmic frequencies. We honor the moon for the daily tides, the cycles and phases of our growth. To pause before eating food and thank the land and people involved for the food to reach us. This honors the earth for supplying the fertile soil, nutrients, and rainfall that was needed for good crop. It also thanks the farmers, manufacturers, and cooks that helped in preparation. It’s wise to embrace the beauty of nature that sustains you and to always honor and thank the people that are in service to you.
