22 years ago, I was labeled as having manic depression. I was ridden with anxiety, broken, homeless, and suicidal. I held onto a thread of hope and faith, put one step in front of the other and I never quit.

Today I teach others how to heal and transform their lives through applying natural higher learning practices and techniques while creating a new routine practice of self-care and self-love.
