How well do you know yourself?

There are setbacks in life. They can range from loss, betrayal of a friendship, self sabotage, and even unhealed wounds. To think that life is somehow challenging you, because it is. Your way of processing, your way reacting, and your way of responding to a crisis can literally cause yourself more harm than good.

It’s the perfect time to ask yourself “ How well do I know myself?” And it’s the perfect time to initiate a period of self reflection.

Sometimes it’s easier to internalize pain rather than to focus on how you can maintain a level of self control through awareness of your own unique human design. How we think can absolutely impact our feelings. If you are a person that has already done a lot of inner work, and inner healing you will most likely respond in a more compassionate way, being more gentle on themselves, and focus on solutions to heal. Others may distance themselves , withdraw, and focus their pain inward, only to internalize and further bury the pain. This way of processing is detrimental to their well being and will eventually surface in unhealthy ways, usually impacting those closest to them.

Sensitives are intuitive, often wanting to help other people, but must learn to fully integrate their own higher self in order to lead others through their crisis periods. Knowledge and Information is always readily available to navigate even the most difficult situations. Energy work is not for the lighthearted. You need to learn discernment and embrace all possibilities. By maintaining a level of Interconnectedness allows for space to be held, encouraging a level of mutual respect, cultivating and understanding the true process of transformation.

I encourage everyone to achieve and maintain energetic balance to check in daily with their own mental and emotional state of being. This contributes to the greater good of humanity.
