Nurturing the inner child

Rewriting the narrative;

Part of the theme that I have based my story around includes the chapter and underlining beliefs that I am unworthy of love. In my daily practices I have allowed the message that I am not worthy of kept promises from myself or others seep deep into my being.

Hard truth: forgiveness and trust are not the same. I choose to forgive/understand. I understand you cannot provide what I need. I accept that and no longer expect it from you. I will not make excuses for these shortcomings. I release you from this burden. If you would like to be this person, earn the placement. (This message is both inward and outwardly directed)

I AM worthy of kept promises. I deserve to live a healthy happy and trustworthy life. Today I chose to intentionally date my inner child. I choose all the

things that will surprise her, she loves surprises🤗
