Extreme self-care is more than just a buzzword; it’s a profound journey into self-awareness. It’s about nurturing your relationship with yourself. This involves cultivating self-love and maintaining your personal frequency by focusing on one thing at a time.
Life can sometimes lead us away from our true selves. Circumstances may arise that cause suffering, such as crises that detach us from our feelings. Emotional trauma can be particularly painful, creating barriers to our authentic selves.
When you practice self-care techniques consistently, you reach a point where you no longer allow others to dictate your feelings. You learn to choose how to feel. As sensitive, empathetic beings, we naturally absorb the energies around us. A crisis outside can impact our emotional well-being just as deeply.
This understanding is what drives my passion for teaching others about unconditional love. I aim to help people open their hearts and return to their original blueprint—living in tune with their instincts and intuition.

Owning your emotions is a form of radical self-care. Remember, you are beautiful in every state of being—anger, sadness, joy, and grief. Move through these emotions, allowing them to flow. Take a mindful deep breath, pause, and transmute any heightened or lower vibrational frequencies into light. With practice, you will respond with a deeper sense of peace and less stress over time.

Utilize tools like daily meditation, reflection, movement, and breathing exercises. The quicker you unlearn and relearn, the more liberated and healthy you become. You gain wisdom, clarity, and sovereignty, allowing you to build and maintain your prana. Focus on increasing your personal vibrational frequency.
Daily journaling is another powerful tool. It reinforces positive affirmations and establishes a state of grace. Practicing daily gratitude helps express your thoughts, feelings, and experiences, raising your awareness and self-confidence.
Set intentions and goals. Allow your creativity to flow through writing down ideas. Extreme self-care is about maintaining your well-being. Here are some daily practices to enhance your self-care routine:
